RIVET SOFTWARE ANNOUNCES PATRICK QUINLAN AS PRESIDENT

Denver, CO– September 22, 2009 – Rivet® Software announces the appointment of Patrick Quinlan as President.

Quinlan will manage the operational side of the business while co-founders Mike Rohan and Emily Huang will focus on the ongoing development of the Crossfire Reporting Platform, Rivet’s reporting solution for the compliance, control and communication of corporate financial information.

Prior to joining Rivet, Quinlan was an Associate with the Arrow Partnership, a management consultancy, helping with the development of a wide range of established and emerging businesses. He has led several startups and has experience of operating in both domestic and international markets. Quinlan graduated from the University of Kansas and has an MBA from Regis University.
