RIVET SOFTWARE DELIVERS NEW RELEASE OF DRAGON VIEW TO HELP FINANCE PROFESSIONALS WITH XBRL FILINGS

Industry Leader Continues to Improve XBRL Filing Experience

Denver, CO–June 17, 2009–Rivet® Software has released a new edition of Dragon View, industry leading XBRL viewing software that aids non-technical accounting and finance professionals in the XBRL document review process. XBRL filings are now required by the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC). This newest release sets the standard for ease-of-use by allowing finance professionals to easily review, benchmark, and create web versions of their XBRL fillings without any formal XBRL training or specialized knowledge.

Dragon View guides preparers through the review process and removes guesswork by providing access to the same technology the SEC uses to review filings, while keeping exposure to complexity at a minimum. To promote consistency, Dragon View enables benchmarking of XBRL elements against the choices of other filers, reassuring both internal and external reviewers that selections are appropriate for their industry.

The SEC requires that XBRL files be posted on public websites. Because some companies may be hesitant to put information on their customer-facing pages that could be hard for visitors to decipher, Dragon View allows filers to export their XBRL data to a format that is suitable for the web, even if they are neither a web nor an XBRL specialist.

The 2009 edition of Dragon View is the 4th major release in the past 4 years and has been extensively tested with publicly traded companies.
