offers a unique combination of accounting and technology
experience to assist companies in using Rivet
applications and embracing XBRL. Rivet's consultants have
roots in the very beginning of XBRL and have guided the
majority of filers participating in the SEC Voluntary
Filing Program (VFP).

Support
Rivet Software's commitment to product support provides you with knowledgeable and prompt assistance from installation to full implementation. You may
access Dragon Tag and Dragon View's Getting Started Guide and context-sensitive Help system for detailed explanations of product functionality. Dragon Tag's "Tale of Dragon
Tag" also includes scenario-based videos that provide a real-world demonstration of Dragon Tag's primary functions.

of each product, respectively.
Sales Support
Rivet Sales Support is available to assist you with issues about licensing Dragon Tag or Dragon View such as volume, site and academic pricing. Rivet

Technical Support
A Technical Support Plan is available to assist you with technical questions or product usage and report design issues. Support is provided on a named user basis for an
annual fee per year for the first user with reduced pricing for additional users. The plan provides e-mail support for up to ten issues and one
telephone support call annually. Additional support calls or e-mails are available at cost per incident. The plan also includes free service packs
and software fixes and special pricing on new product upgrades. Support issues related to Dragon View are also covered under the plan. Rivet Support can be reached at

Customers are not required to purchase a Technical Support Plan. In that case, one e-mail support issue related to software installation is provided at no cost.
Additional e-mail or telephone support incidents are available at $495 per incident.
Consulting Assistance
Consulting services to assist you in marking up financial statements or general product training are available
in minimum blocks of two hours. Rivet's professional staff with extensive backgrounds in accounting, financial reporting and XBRL
will perform these services. Services are offered by phone or Web, or on site with prior arrangements. Rivet also offers a comprehensive software and services program to
assist companies in preparing financial statements for submission to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's or the Canadian Securities Administrators' Voluntary XBRL
