Technical Recruiter
Job Summary:
Rivet Software is looking for a temp to hire Technical Recruiter to join our recruiting team. In this role you will be responsible for providing recruiting services and working closely with the Corporate Recruiter to find highly skilled candidates for a variety of open positions.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Rivet Corporate Recruiter to post open positions
- May assist in Job Description development
- Review resumes and conduct preliminary phone screenings
- Schedule interviews for candidates with internal managers
- Confirm interview via email with the candidate and provide all pre-interview paperwork and information
- Work with the Corporate Recruiter to prepare job offers to qualified candidates, discuss compensation requirements, and negotiate terms
- Regularly manage candidate database and maintain communication with candidates
Requirements/Qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of experience recruiting in a fast paced and high productivity agency environment, specifically for high-tech positions
- Experience recruiting for software development company is preferred
- Successful track record of delivering on aggressive hiring goals
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- The ability to foster and develop candidate relationships through excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- University degree or equivalent
- Experience recruiting using Monster, Dice, LinkedIn and other mass media tools
- Strong attention to detail
Additional Information: This person will likely work remotely from their home. The candidate must have a computer, internet and phone for the position.
