CrossView Makes SEC XBRL Filing Transparent

Denver, CO– August 25, 2009 – Rivet® Software announces CrossView, a component of the Crossfire Reporting Platform, to help information consumers leverage the expanding financial information ecosystem of interactive data being created by SEC XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language) filings.
CrossView is an online report navigation, viewing and analysis tool that delivers on the promise of XBRL to deliver standardized and transparent financial information directly to investors and analysts. By using the Crossfire Reporting Platform repository to store SEC filings as the SEC publishes them, CrossView will quickly grow to become an indispensable information resource for all financial information consumers.
CrossView enhances what is already publicly available on the SEC website and adds significant value over and above the current report viewer and RSS report feed. The initial release of CrossView supports viewing report submissions from all SEC filers in an intuitive online application. CrossView makes it easy to locate a company, select a report submission package and pick specific reports to view. Multiple reports from different filers can be viewed simultaneously and the latest 20 report filings are highlighted in a separate panel with one-click viewing. A toolbar provides quick access to a range of management functions including viewing extended elements, printing and charting the report, and exporting reports to Excel for offline analysis.
