Industry Leader Provides Solutions to Ease XBRL Learning Curve

Denver, CO– July 15, 2009 – Rivet® Software has released a new edition of CrossTag, a web-delivered, collaborative tagging solution that fully supports all XBRL functionality, including US GAAP 2009 taxonomies and the IFRS taxonomy. This release sets the standard for non-technical accounting and finance professionals who may be responsible for creating XBRL documents to file to the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) or other agencies.

This edition of CrossTag is the 2nd major product release in the past 2 years and has been extensively tested with publicly traded companies and assurance professionals.
