RIVET SOFTWARE ANNOUNCES NEW RELEASES OF DRAGON VIEW TO AID COMPLIANCE REVIEW FOR XBRL FILERS

Industry Leader Continues to Improve Options for Public Companies

(6/17/2009)

Denver, CO–June 17, 2009–Rivet® Software has released a new edition of Dragon View, industry leading eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) viewing software that aids companies with Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) compliance and helps them review, benchmark, and fulfill the website posting requirements for SEC XBRL filings. This newest release sets the standard for usability by guiding non-technical accounting and finance professionals through the XBRL document review process, furthering governance and risk compliance (GRC) efforts.

Dragon View provides multiple options to SEC XBRL filers. Dragon View Standard Edition allows preparers to select data grids to view calculation hierarchy information and verify the formatting of reports as they will appear in the SEC interactive data viewer. Preparers can also confirm that they have chosen appropriate tagging elements from the over 10,000 line items available from the US GAAP taxonomy through by comparing their selections to other filers with the same SIC code.

Dragon View Presentation Edition extends the Standard Edition, by allowing filers to export to HTML, PDF and other formats. For example, filers can easily post human-readable XBRL data on their public websites. Though there is no stipulation that data be posted in a human-readable format, website posting of XBRL files is a key component of the SEC's requirements and must be completed within a single calendar day of the initial filing. Also, exporting of interactive data allows users to create charts and key ratios in a reporting book that can be distributed both internally and externally.

The 2009 edition of Dragon View is the 4th major product release in the past 4 years and has been extensively tested with publicly traded companies and assurance professionals.

"Our goal is help finance professionals leverage the power of XBRL," said Michael Rohan, President, Rivet Software. "These editions of Dragon View are part of our commitment to assist every enterprise with compliance, review, and data governance."
