Denver, CO–April 22, 2009–Rivet® Software has released the latest
edition of the industry leading XBRL tagging software, Dragon Tag®,
which fully supports the SEC requirements for mandated XBRL filings.
Dragon Tag Spring 2009 release sets a new standard for usability, by
guiding non-technical accounting and financial professionals through
the entire XBRL document creation, review, and validation process.
This release includes substantial changes to ensure compliance with
SEC requirements, and the Edgar Filer Manual.
The Spring 2009 edition is the seventh major release of Dragon
Tag XBRL Enabler over the past five years, and is based on extensive
testing and feedback from thousands of users. Dragon Tag is the
leading XBRL tagging solution used in the SEC Interactive Data
Voluntary Filings Program.
