RIVET SOFTWARE APPOINTS NEW EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Robert Rohan Brings Extensive Background in Financial Reporting and Development of Strategic Partner Relationships
DENVER-April 26, 2006 - Rivet® Software, an innovator in Financial Integrity Management™ and XBRL solutions, today announced the addition of Robert Rohan to its management team as Executive Vice President. In his new position, Robert will oversee further development of Rivet's sales and distribution channels, as well as product and business strategy.

Robert brings a broad and diverse business background and strong understanding of the management and reporting challenges faced by corporate executives to Rivet. He spent several years in banking as a financial analyst and corporate loan officer as well as six years as a CPA with KPMG. He subsequently served as CFO and CEO of companies in the oil and gas, real estate and wine industries, deepening his knowledge and understanding of management and reporting issues. He was also a founder of FRx Software Corporation - a Microsoft subsidiary (formerly FRx Software), spending 10 years as senior vice president of sales. Under his direction, FRx built a successful sales channel through OEM partners and VAR's, encompassing the U.S., U.K., Australia and Singapore. He is a member of the American Institute of CPA's and Colorado State CPA Society and holds a B.S. degree in Economics and an MBA in Accounting and Taxation.
